BARS AND RESTAURANTS

Our coffee sales service isn't just a business agreement, but a true partnership between coffee professionals. In addition to offering a selection of high-quality coffees, we work together to ensure every step of the process allows us to offer our customers exceptional coffee.

Coffee is a ritual, whether consumed at a bar or at home, and there are many discussions about how to make the perfect cup. For professionals in the bar and restaurant (Ho.Re.Ca.) sector, we always recommend considering five key factors to achieve a good result:

  1. Grinding coffee

  2. Machine maintenance

  3. The dose

  4. The pressing

  5. The quality of the product

Grain Mixes

BAR Mix

A blend dominated by Robusta coffees such as Ivory Coast, Uganda, and India Cherry, carefully selected and blended to achieve an intense, bold, and persistent aroma and crema. The significant presence of Arabicas such as Santos, Nicaragua, and Honduras balances the full body and bold flavor, without overpowering the chocolatey and nutty notes that are the distinctive hallmarks of "BAR."

EXTRA BAR Blend

A blend that achieves the perfect balance between excellent Arabicas, such as Santos, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Ethiopian Moka Sidamo, and select noble Robustas, such as India Kappy Royal, favoring the former to achieve a more delicate and persistent aroma and flavor with chocolatey and fruity notes. The addition of Robusta is essential, however, to ensure "Extra" has the right body and a generous, consistent crema—characteristics that must never be missing from a true Italian espresso—without, however, adding acidity or overly intense flavors or aromas that could overwhelm the more delicate Arabicas.

Arabica blend

100% Arabica, a blend obtained from the world's finest and most prized Arabica beans (Guatemala Antigua, Nicatagua Matagalpa, Ethiopia Sidamo, and Santos Cerrado). The bouquet is intense and harmonious, the flavor is fruity and persistent, with a rounded palate and elegant chocolatey sensations.

Thanks also to careful roasting, it brings out the best in the characteristics of these coffees, in particular the sweet taste and delicate aroma are combined with a not excessively accentuated body and a low caffeine content.
