01 Selection

As per our tradition, we select only high-quality, certified single-origin products imported directly from the best producing countries around the world.

02 Roasting

After careful selection, the beans are roasted individually using the artisanal, visible method. This process allows the beans to undergo significant chemical, physical, and aromatic changes.

03 Mixing

Blending is the art of combining different single-origin coffees with complementary aromas and flavors to create our unmistakable premium coffee, balanced in aroma, body, appearance, and taste.

04 Packaging

It is then packaged and wrapped so that it can reach the final consumer while maintaining its distinctive intense and consistent aroma.

05 Grinding

It is the process of pulverizing roasted beans; through various degrees of grinding it is possible to modify the final organoleptic characteristics of the drink in the cup.

06 Result

The aim has always been and still is to produce blends that can give a sensation of absolute quality, to satisfy both private customers and the Ho.Re.Ca. sector.
