Orders can be placed from anywhere in the world. Orders are subject to minimum and maximum quantity restrictions, and products are offered subject to stock availability. Only orders indicating a tax code or VAT number will be accepted. Orders from minors will not be accepted. The steps for placing an order and completing the purchase contract are clearly highlighted throughout the website's pages through explanatory text and graphics. In particular, it is important to read the cancellation policy. Confirmation of order receipt and acceptance Upon receiving an order, Caffè Brasil will automatically send a confirmation email summarizing all the order details. If Caffè Brasil is unable to fulfill an order, it will promptly notify the customer. The customer is not entitled to any compensation or damages, nor is he liable under any contractual or extra-contractual law for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property caused by the failure to accept an order.
Delivery times are generally 2-3 business days; 1 additional day for Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia, and 2 additional days for smaller islands and mountain villages. Except for technical delays, force majeure, natural events, and/or national holidays. The courier will usually make one delivery attempt; if for any reason delivery is unsuccessful (recipient's absence, incorrect address, etc.), a note will be left with redelivery instructions. If redelivery is also unsuccessful, the goods will be held in storage. We recommend leaving a contact number when placing your order, so the courier can contact you if there are any delivery issues. If the goods are held in storage, a fee of €15.00, including VAT, will be required to release the goods from storage due to the absence of the recipient or the person responsible for collection, despite prior arrangement with the courier. The above-mentioned €15.00 charge will be requested from the customer even if they fail to release the goods within 15 days of the date of the goods being held. Any damage to the package and/or Products, or any discrepancy in the number of packages, must be immediately reported by writing a reservation for inspection on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objections regarding the external characteristics or condition of the delivered package. Any damage or missing packages, or any discrepancy in the order, must be reported immediately by writing a reservation on the delivery document, and notifying us by email. Only in this way can we proceed with the partial or total replacement of the products.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999, Caffè Brasil grants the Purchaser the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, provided that the unit sales price of the individual product is greater than 25 euros. This right, pursuant to law, may be exercised by the Purchaser NO LATER THAN 14 (FOURTEEN) WORKING DAYS from the date of receipt of the goods, under penalty of forfeiture.

The returned goods must be returned, intact, no later than 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the same (for this purpose, the date affixed to the courier's waybill delivered to the buyer together with the goods will be valid) to the following address: Torrefazione Caffè Brasil

The Buyer is required to return the goods, according to the above-mentioned procedures, WITH AN INSURED PARCEL, CARRIAGE FREE. Packages returned with cash on delivery or carriage forward will not be accepted under any circumstances. As required by the aforementioned Legislative Decree, once the procedures for verifying the correct use of the Right of Withdrawal have been completed, Caffè Brasil will refund the Buyer within the legal deadlines the amount paid for the purchase of the goods, less shipping costs and any applicable duties.

All products, other than food products, sold by Caffè Brasil are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. To benefit from warranty service, the customer must retain the invoice and/or receipt. If the purchased product is found to have manufacturing defects and/or has been damaged during shipping, the customer may request a replacement within 10 days of receipt by email. The customer is also required to return the defective or damaged product in its original packaging, intact in all its parts. If stocks are out of stock and by prior agreement with the customer, a replacement product of equivalent value may be exchanged.
